This page sets the operating policies and terms for the Dr. Testo website and pre-release iOS app provided by Mustafa Mıhcı. It covers product access, modeled outputs, subscriptions, content, platform services, and acceptable use. Governing law, dispute forum, effective date, postal address, and final legal contact details remain to be completed before public release.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these policies and terms. By accessing the website or downloading, purchasing, or using the app after the final version takes effect, you agree to this page and the applicable store rules. If you do not agree or cannot legally accept them, do not use Dr. Testo.
This page works together with the Privacy Policy, Editorial Policy, applicable App Store terms, and mandatory law. The Privacy Policy controls how personal information is handled; the Editorial Policy explains how Learn content is researched, reviewed, translated, updated, and corrected; this page controls access to and use of the website, app, content, and subscriptions. Mandatory consumer law and non-waivable platform rules prevail where they conflict with this page.
Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules, Dr. Testo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold. No ownership in the app, website, content, brand, factor organization, documentation, or calculation engine is transferred.
Dr. Testo organizes lifestyle inputs into a versioned product model, prioritized protocol, check-ins, progress history, and scenario projections. Website and Learn materials explain the product and general subject matter. Features, supported factors, model versions, platform availability, and content may evolve. Android is planned but is not part of the current released service.
Starting, Base, Today, factor effects, Estimated Testosterone, and Protocol Potential are product estimates created from questionnaire answers, recorded behaviour, research mapping, and versioned assumptions. They are not measured serum testosterone values. Inputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, research can change, and model output may differ from a laboratory result.
Dr. Testo is the product's brand name; it does not identify a physician, clinic, or medical service. The app and website do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not replace a physician, laboratory test, or emergency service. Do not delay professional care because of an app result. Seek qualified advice before changing medication, supplements, diet, or exercise, especially if you have symptoms, a condition, or another treatment.
Dr. Testo does not promise that following a protocol will produce a particular blood value, body, appearance, mood, sexual outcome, relationship result, or time to improvement. Projection paths are scenarios, not guarantees. Biology, health, adherence, measurement conditions, and outside factors vary between people.
You are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawfulness of information you enter and for decisions you make from it. Do not enter another person's sensitive information without permission. You retain rights in your personal entries and grant only the limited permission needed for the app and enabled providers to process them as described in the Privacy Policy.
The iOS app is designed to offer Monthly and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The Annual plan includes a seven-day introductory free trial only when the App Store confirms the Apple Account is eligible; the Monthly plan has no trial. The local price, currency, billing period, features, and any eligible trial must be shown before purchase and confirmed by Apple. Payment is charged through the Apple Account, and the subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off under Apple's then-current rules.
Subscriptions are managed or cancelled in the Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app, using Fresh Start, or deleting local data does not cancel billing or create a new trial. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible App Store purchases when the store connection is available. Apple handles payment processing, refund requests, and billing disputes under its policies and applicable consumer law. Future Android billing terms will be added only when an actual Google Play release exists.
Use Dr. Testo only for lawful personal purposes. Do not bypass purchase or access controls, interfere with the app, website, security, or providers, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically copy protected content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, or present model output as a diagnosis, laboratory result, third-party certification, or emergency service.
Dr. Testo may rely on Apple, Firebase, Mixpanel and, when enabled, RevenueCat, OneSignal, hosting, DNS, and security providers. Third-party services can change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms and privacy practices. The operator remains responsible for obligations that law or store rules assign to it, while third-party performance outside its reasonable control is subject to applicable law.
The Dr. Testo name and visual system, website and app code, localized content, curated factor organization, calculation design, documentation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public explanations may describe the product model without disclosing protected exact coefficients, source code, or granting a right to reproduce the engine or brand assets.
Dr. Testo may correct, add, remove, suspend, or version features, factors, coefficients, provider connections, content, or supported platforms for maintenance, security, legal, scientific, or technical reasons. Material changes will be communicated where required, and existing paid rights will be handled under applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted for material breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and app are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or universally suitable operation. The operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from prohibited use or unreasonable reliance on modeled output. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a reviewed custom EULA is published. Apple is not the provider of Dr. Testo and is not responsible for product support, claims, or legal compliance except as its own terms require. The contracting operator is Mustafa Mıhcı. Postal and legal email contacts, effective date, governing law, dispute forum, and final regional consumer wording remain release fields and will be completed before App Store submission.
