We prioritize current guidelines and statements from recognized public-health and professional bodies, then systematic reviews and meta-analyses, followed by relevant primary research. A commercial summary, search snippet, or AI answer is never treated as scientific authority.

AI tools may help discover terminology, compare papers, organize research notes, test outlines, and find inconsistencies. The final article is written and revised by people. AI output is not accepted as a source, and no claim is published without checking the underlying material.

Before a guide is eligible for public release, an author prepares the draft, an editor checks structure, clarity, sourcing, and product accuracy, and a separate scientific reviewer checks whether the claims and limits match the cited evidence. Reviewer competence must fit the subject. Real names and credentials are shown only after they are verified.

AI may assist the first translation pass and terminology comparison. A locale reviewer must then check meaning, claim strength, units, links, metadata, and natural language. A guide stays unpublished if any active publication locale is missing or stale.
