The Dr. Testo Method

Personalized science, translated into action.

Research-mapped factors, layered mathematics, and your own input state work together to rank a protocol and show direction over time.

Inside the calculation

Layered math, without a black-box score

The exact coefficients stay protected, but the logic is visible: what enters, how it changes over time, where limits apply, and which scenario is being compared.

01

Personal state

Fifteen answers establish factor state, age context, and the immutable Starting origin.

02

Change, not double count

Core movement is measured against the onboarding state rather than awarding the same association twice.

03

Factor-specific time

Sleep, body composition, stress, botanicals, and environment can adapt at different speeds.

04

Fit, caps, and headroom

Evidence, estimated fit, shared limits, and remaining modeled room constrain each contribution.

05

Named scenarios

Current, Core, Selected, and Full paths run through the same versioned engine at explicit checkpoints.

Model flow

Inputs move through defined layers

The calculation core is deterministic and versioned. Product rules, evidence mappings, adaptation, and scenario choices are kept separate so the same input does not quietly count twice.

Assessment state

The required questionnaire establishes the initial factor state and Starting point.

Chronic adaptation

Longer-term adherence moves Base gradually toward the internal equilibrium direction.

Daily signals

Current inputs contribute to the Today view without rewriting the historical Starting point.

Scenario paths

Current, Core, selected Advanced, and full-potential paths use explicit assumptions at named checkpoints.

Three public values

Starting, Base, and Today are intentionally different

Starting is historical

Created once at activation and preserved across future model epochs.

Base is adaptive

Moves with chronic state, adherence, and time — not with every isolated check-in.

Today is relative

Shows acute signals around Base for the current local day.

Evidence mapping

A curated factor is not automatically a numerical factor.

Each supported factor carries a product role and an evidence record. Directly modeled factors can generate counterfactual contributions. Other useful factors can be tracked without manufacturing a number. Missing data stays unknown instead of becoming an automatic penalty.

Projection logic

Scenarios are comparisons, not promises.

Protocol Potential separates Current Habits, Core Protocol, Core plus selected optimizations, and Full Optimization Potential. D30, D60, D90, D180, and D365 are checkpoints on those assumptions, while Progress remains the record of real use.

Reference context

A shared scale makes position legible.

The product uses a harmonized 264–916 ng/dL healthy reference band for non-obese men aged 19–39 as a benchmark context. It is not presented as a universal laboratory range or a personal maximum. The visual display extends to 1100 ng/dL.

Versioned and inspectable

The model can evolve without silent rewrites.

The accepted numerical baseline, bundled configuration, schema, and source checkpoint are recorded separately. A new product model requires a new version, regression checks, simulations, and explicit acceptance — not a hidden marketing adjustment.

Use the model to choose direction; use your history to see what happened.

Dr. Testo keeps projected scenarios and recorded progress side by side without pretending they are the same kind of evidence.
